Delivery time for custom Pilot Rings is approximately 2-3 weeks and are shipped out via UPS or U.S. Mail, as requested.
If you are not completely satisfied with your Pilot's Ring - you may return it within two weeks of delivery date to you and we will gladly refund your payment, less shipping/insurance costs. The ring must be in an original undamaged condition. Please call us at 1-800-584-0242 prior to returning a ring.
